Students not taking ITGS as a full DP subject:
Project will be worth 50%, not 30% as in SL, and can be submitted at the end of April
Other assessment includes:
January testing - 10%
May testing - 20%
Area of Impact essay - 1500 words, based on a scenario and including current news articles - 20%, due April 13
January and May testing:
Paper 1 but without the extended answer '10 mark' in-depth questions
The testing in May will not be cumulative. Some parts of the syllabus covered in January, others covered in May

Three questions to be answered (from a possible 5) on any of the SL/HL core topics
